Why do we need it? Cause 80% of success in your body change is the food you eat. And it’s really important not to harm your body and not to create any deficits. So our Nutritienist will teach you how to create your meals in the right way.
Workouts
But the other 20% is not less important- and this is our workouts. And we will have them every day during 5 days per week. And this is not all good news!
More of that, you will workout with professional fitness coach, who is internationally certified and recognised, has experience for more than 16 years in fitness and who is by herself is a professional sportsman.
And her goal is not just to give you regular workouts, but to keep you healthy. That’s why you will have a full-fledged program like that of professional athletes, but adapted to your rhythm of life. So for your sport menu you will have
