Strength workout

Workouts with weights (dumbbells, bars, weights for legs, resistant bands, TRX etc) to focus on specific part of the body, to shape it more

HIIT (high intensive interval training)

Focused on keeping your heart rate in the burn zone for certain period of time, that gonna help you to loose more fat percentage, increase stamina, fatigue threshold and keep your heart healthy for long term perspective

Functional workouts

Making your body to work in all planes of motion. It’s important because this is exactly what our body going through in your everyday routine- at home, at work, playing with your kids, going for groceries, to the park with your dog and many more.

So it gives you possibility to improve same time strength of the muscles, connective tissues, to improve the shape of your body and to give you more health for all your life

Mobility

It’s variety of functional workouts. But I would say that this is the basics for everything you do in sport. Cause mobility helps you increase range of motion (ROM) in connective tissues, increase flexibility and strength of the muscles, which give us better performance of any exercises we do and also makes our body invulnerable in every day life (for example, if you slipped, twisted an ankle, lost balance etc) so you will be more resistant to injuries.

Stretching

I’m sure your heard about this workout. And it gives us possibility to increase muscle flexibility, to remove stiffness and feeling or tiredness in your body, helps us to “wake it up” or to get ready for recovery.

Really important to combine with strength and HIIT workouts. So your body will recover faster. Also helpful for those whose goal is to be more plastic and flexible, who’s dreaming about splits.

MFR - myofascial release

Focused on restoring elasticity and hydration to the fascia. Nobody think about this workout as really necessary. But in vain. Cause when we working for the results, forcing all our body systems to work hard we even don’t think at what price does this come to our body. And we are unaware of our body's support systems that suffer due to lack of attention. And this is our fascia.

This is muscle cover and also a component of connective tissue. Therefore, how high you jump, how quickly you perform speed exercises, how easily you can work with heavy weights, how deep the range of exercises you perform also depends on the fascia. And to work with it you just need a roller. That you can use in your workout routine constantly.

Pilates

Pilates - one of the most needed workouts. Because the main focus of it - is to improve core strength muscle that gonna create major support for our spine.

 

So if you have any back problems - hernia, protrusion, any other deviation or injury, this workout will be the best for you to eliminate the pain, to make all the movements pain-free and make your back stronger. And of course this workout improving not only back issues, but works with all the body. Good for those who doesn’t like intensity, but would like to shape their body in the other way.
